The Vision

The Full Strategic
Blueprint.

From one school in Barnet to every school in the NLFT CAMHS catchment area. From a single conversation to a national model. Here is what is being built - and how.

Six Pillars

What I'm Possible is building.

Six interconnected initiatives - each one a piece of the same architecture. Each one designed to be replicable, evidence-based, and impossible to ignore.

Magazine

The I'm Possible Magazine

A free, online, termly publication - student-led, student-written, and student-centred. Three editions per year, each built around a theme. The magazine reaches students who will never speak to an ambassador, and generates the annual survey data that feeds directly into the Student Mental Health Manifesto.

Ambassador Programme

Mental Health Ambassadors

14 trained ambassadors, 2 per year group across Years 7-13, operating as a school-wide peer support network at Queen Elizabeth's School, Barnet. Recruited for empathy, trained by the NHS, supervised monthly by Abishek as Founder and Programme Director.

In Development
NLFT CAMHS Partnership

NHS Clinical Partnership

A formal clinical partnership with the North London Foundation Trust CAMHS - the NHS mental health service supporting 323,000+ young people across Barnet, Enfield, and Haringey. Clinical supervision, direct referral pathway, and NHS-delivered training. Currently in active negotiation.

In Negotiation
Annual Survey & Manifesto

Student Mental Health Manifesto

A school-wide annual mental health survey generating the evidence base for a formal Student Mental Health Manifesto - presented to school leadership, the governing body, and beyond. Evidence that cannot be ignored because it comes from the students themselves.

Media & Podcast

The I'm Possible Media Platform

A podcast for longer, honest conversations. Short-form content on TikTok and Instagram for students who haven't found us yet. Long-form documentary content on YouTube. Different platforms, one conversation - because different young people need different ways in.

The Case for Scale

Why this needs to grow.

The gap between needing help and being able to ask for it exists in every school in England - not just in Barnet. The Implementation Toolkit exists specifically to make this model replicable without requiring Abishek's direct involvement in every school. Any school in England can adopt it. The question is not whether this model works. The evidence already answers that. The question is how quickly it can be placed in every school that needs it - which is all of them.
